Contact

Contact Hexagon for documented metrology support.

The fastest useful conversation starts with the part, the tolerance, the instrument family, and the standard your team must cite. Hexagon routes requests to product, service, or application specialists based on that evidence instead of asking every buyer to translate a metrology problem into a generic sales form.

If you are not sure which category your issue belongs to, describe the inspection failure in plain language. Useful context includes the drawing feature that is difficult to verify, the gauge or CMM currently used, the environmental condition near the machine, the last calibration result, and the person who must accept the final report. A buyer may arrive looking for a replacement instrument and leave with a better fixture strategy, a service interval adjustment, or a clearer report template. Hexagon treats that outcome as a successful contact because the goal is a measurement decision that can be defended.

Tell us what the reading must prove.

Include drawing notes, material, target throughput, required accuracy, existing equipment, and whether the request is for a new system, calibration, repair, or training. If the issue comes from a customer dispute, include the wording used in the nonconformance or supplier report so the response can address it directly.

Contact pages often fail because they ask only for a part number. Hexagon also asks for the evidence burden behind that part number, because the right answer may be a probe strategy, calibration interval, fixture change, or software reporting change rather than a larger machine.

For urgent production concerns, state whether parts are blocked, whether the issue is a customer complaint, and whether the current instrument has recent as-found data. That detail helps the team decide whether to prioritize service routing, application review, or product configuration.
